ABlyth Wall Art, Black Framed Lustre Standout, Poem of a Cacophonous City Explane
Poem of a Cacophonous City is an art project that aims to visualise the noise and clutter of modern cities, and the impact they have on humans and the natural environment. This 2011 project is based on Picasso’s experiments with film photography. This project was first displayed at the Nagoya Foreign Artists Exhibition in November 2011. Once publicised on the internet, it seems this project re-ignited the double-exposure genre of photography that is still popular today; really, no-one was doing double-exposure film photography until I did this. All photos in this project were taken on film in Nagoya city Japan, and have not undergone any significant digital manipulation.
